At Hair By NewG LLC, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality haircare services and products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is requested. This policy outlines our refund terms for services and products.

Refund Policy - the basics

Services:

  • All new clients are required to participate in a consultation before their first service to ensure clear communication of expectations.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, we encourage you to inform your stylist or salon manager immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will offer to redo the service at no additional cost, provided the request is made within 7 days of the original service.

  • Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and generally are not provided unless it is determined that the service was performed incorrectly through fault of our staff.

  • Any concerns with the service provided must be reported within 48 hours after the appointment to be eligible for adjustments or potential refund considerations.

Products:

  • Products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened condition.

  • Opened or used products may be returned for a refund or exchange if you have experienced an allergic reaction or the product is defective. Documentation (e.g., photos of the reaction) may be required for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, store credit will be provided.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.


Exclusions:

  • Services or products purchased as part of a promotional offer, package, or clearance are final sale and not eligible for refunds.

  • Refunds will not be provided for services or products due to change of mind.
     

The Process

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  1. Contact the salon directly at the contact information provided on our website or your receipt.

  2. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue and, if applicable, any evidence (such as photos for product reactions).

  3. Allow us 3-5 business days to investigate and respond to your request.

Final Decision:

The final decision on refunds will be made by the salon management, taking into consideration the circumstances of the request. Hair By NewG LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.

Changes to the Refund Policy:

This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Hair By NewG LLC. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
